This research thesis aims to create a new strategic vision for the development of Almere-Pampus, a neighbourhood which offers the best opportunity for the growth of Almere and the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area. In order to develop this plan of action for Almere-Pampus, we will divide the project in three main layers: the Water layer, the Ecology layer and the layer of the Built Environment.
