The project starts from the idea that a University with all its structures spread inside the old town is a more advantageous solution than the Campus one, in which all the buildings are enclosed within a defined perimeter; the widespread University is a better solution for all the involved subjects, included students and citizens, that are able to establish a relationship in this way.
