The project concerns a square shaped and multi-storey building with the access from the balcony, forming a public central square, and it is characterized by a high permeability especially at the ground floor. On the ground floor and on the first floor there are commercial and office functions while on the upper three floors there are student housing and residences. They are modular housing: 30 mq for one persons, 60 mq for three persons and 90 mq for four persons. It is a building made up of prefabricated modules, that are elements made industrially and then assembled according to specific procedures, transforming the construction site into an assembly workshop.
