The idea of this project is the creation of a tourist complex on an island located in the middle of the river in the central district of the city. The composition of the tourist complex includes a hotel complex with 180 rooms, a sports and fitness center, a horse riding center and a diving club. The complex also houses a summer cinema, embankment, central pier, beach, health trails, race track, bicycle paths, a scene for various events, small architectural forms, sports and children’s playgrounds and a technical pier.
