The thesis proposes the creation of a winery in Italy and initially provide a careful analysis of the context, optimizing the potential that the context offers, having benefits from the economic and environmental sustainability point of view.
Therefore were made analysis of the best orientation derived from a solar, wind, context analysis, adopting solutions such as heat exchanger or biomass boiler powered by processing waste which allow to have economic and environmental benefits.
